Founder and CEO
Mariana Navarro brings over 20 years of experience in newsroom and public sector communications, with more than a decade focused on media monitoring, analysis, and strategy. She’s held senior roles at the U.S. Small Business Administration, NASA, Department of Commerce, NPR, and Harris County’s emergency management office. A bilingual journalist and digital strategist, Mariana has led high-stakes media operations tied to disaster response, federal initiatives, and national communications efforts.
Her work has earned national recognition from the Edward R. Murrow Awards, Emmy, Golden Mike, NAHJ, and PRSA. She’s managed digital teams, led bilingual public affairs campaigns, and reported for outlets including Univision, Telemundo, CW39, and NPR, bringing editorial integrity and cross-border insight to everything Monarca does.

Miguel Navarro brings over 15 years of experience in business development, strategic marketing, and international sales across the energy, software, and consulting sectors. He is a bilingual strategist with deep expertise in project management, client engagement, and cross-border negotiations.
He has held leadership roles managing multimillion-dollar accounts and expanding operations across North and South America.
At Monarca, he oversees business strategy, growth initiatives, and cross-functional coordination, ensuring the agency’s operational excellence and long-term sustainability. His ability to align commercial strategy with client needs is key to Monarca’s adaptive and responsive service model.
